Specializing in orthopedic work, shoe repair, and shoe care products, Shoe Specialist of Severna Park, MD has been serving Anne Arundel County for 40 years. An authorized Vibram dealer, Coleman provides soles for Rockport shoes – which are very popular. Repairs for luggage and hand bags are also available.
The owner, Coleman Eldridge, started working part-time in a shoe repair shop after school in the evenings and used to get off the bus in Fort Meade to go right to the PX shoe repair store. This is how he started knowing the business and thus opened his own store in 1978 – he is one of the original tenants here in the Benfield Shopping Center. What he likes best about the business are the people (he’s never had a problem with any customer), enjoying many repeat customers, and giving back to community by advertising in schools, churches, and more.
